Ingredients
1 cup sunflower seeds, raw
1 cup pumpkin seeds, raw
1/2 cup almonds, or other nuts, chopped
2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
1 /2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp, coconut sugar, or monkfruit
2 tbsp. shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together. Lay out on a sheet pan , lined with parchment paper. Pop in the oven for 8 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Pop in the refrigerator in a sealed container up to 2 weeks. If it lasts...
