Prep time: 10 minutes
2 servings
2 cups kale or spinach, soaked in just boiled water, 1/2 cup
1/2 tsp. lions mane powder, or extract
3/4 cup almond milk, or other milk
1 inch piece turmeric root, or 1tsp. ground turmeric
1 tsp. cinnamon, organic
2 tbsp. hemp seeds, or chai seeds
pinch black pepper
1 granny smith apple, cored
1 tbsp. cacao nibs, optional
Mix all ingredients in a Vitamix, or blender until well blended. Sprinkle chia seeds on top if using.
For extra immune support, add 1tsp. reishi mushroom powder.
